Yoga Time to stretch and relax

At The Hoxton Special we run weekly yoga classes for those that need a bit of time spent chilling out and giving back to your body after a hard week.

Our classes are all run by Jasmine Jenkins a trainee yoga instructor. We are really happy to give her the opportunity to hone her skills in a real life situation whilst she completes her formal training.

Jasmines yoga style is a slow and gentle, restorative practice that is accessible to even the most inflexible person, however she gives plenty of modifications for advanced practitioners keeping them feeling that sensation that we all strive for.

Lessons are running on a Wednesday morning from 10:00 – 11:30 every week and are usually followed by a relaxing cup of green tea at the cafe.
