Yoga Time to stretch and relax
At The Hoxton Special we run weekly yoga classes for those that need a bit of time spent chilling out and giving back to your body after a hard week.
Our classes are run by Nick Thomson a veteran Iyengar Yoga Instructor. We are really happy to give him the opportunity to use our wonderful space for their classes.
All our yoga classes are slow and gentle, a restorative practice that is accessible to even the most inflexible person, however she gives plenty of modifications for advanced practitioners keeping them feeling that sensation that we all strive for.
Nick’s classic Iyengar style is also approachable for everyone, but focuses more on alignment and proper posture. Great for those who want to oil up those creaky joints and with Nicks modifications difficult enough those looking for an advanced practice.
Lessons are running on a Wednesday morning from 10:00 – 11:30 with Jasmine and Saturday morning 10:00 – 11:00 with Nick. Classes run every week and are usually followed by a relaxing cup of green tea at the cafe.
