Nick has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over 10 years, completing the 2 year teaching training in 2015. With a focus on the correct alignment of the body Nick modifies the poses to suit all types of body and levels of fitness.
A relaxing way to start your day, Iyengar yoga is a dynamic form of exercise that strengthens and invigorates the body. Nick focuses on alignment, timing and sequencing which makes the body fit and the mind alert.
